At Inspired, your comfort, safety and wellbeing are important to us. We offer yoga classes for regular people, beginners and beyond, in a beautiful, boutique-style studio designed for smaller class sizes in an intimate setting that promotes more personalized instruction. Limited private sessions are also available.

The Inspired Space studio offers a variety of evening and daytime yoga classes with 3 different instructors. Please check the yoga schedule for class descriptions, dates, times and costs.
