We are excited to be able to reopen the studio, as well as continue with the online option!  This will allow us to serve new and returning students in the format that suits them best.  *Please note, for the safety of all, we will be following Covid19 precautions in the studio.  This includes, screening, cleaning, distancing, and mask wearing, except when on your mat.  **Online classes are done through Zoom, a free app you can download to any device.  ***There is an on-demand option for some classes (look for:  OD).  Classes will begin the week of September 14, 2020.


10-11:30 a.m.  Yoga with Julie  Sept. 14- Oct. 26 (no class Oct. 12 Thanksgiving)  OD

                          This 90 minute class moves at a slower pace, allowing the body and mind to gently unfold into the postures, explore the sensations and find variations suitable for each unique individual.  Breath work, relaxation and meditation are included, as well as asanas (postures).  6 weeks, $102

5:30-6:30 p.m.  Yoga for Bodies in Midlife with Tracey  Sept. 14-Oct. 19 ( no live class Oct. 12 Thanksgiving)     

                           This 60 minute yoga class is for people in or approaching midlife, to help keep you strong, flexible and energized, and your mind calm, clear and vitalized.  6 weeks, $90

Chair Yoga with Julie   Sept. 15 -Oct. 27 (no class week of Thanksgiving) OD   *Pre-recorded Only      This 30 minute class is released weekly, on Tuesdays, through a private YouTube link and is available to registered students only.  The video can be done on the students ‘ own time and does not require special apps.  This is a good option for people with mobility issues, injuries, desk jobs or busy schedules.   Many postures are done seated on the chair and at times the chair is used for balance in standing postures.  6 weeks, $48

Yoga Nidra The first Wednesday of the month, so Oct. 7, Nov. 4, Dec. 2

7:30 – 8:15 p.m.  *Online Only

This is for everyone who needs to relax, so everyone!  Any age, any ability.  Lay down and listen as Julie guides you through a specific type of meditation designed for stress relief and relaxation.  Then, if you wish, just curl up in bed and head off to sleep.  3 classes, $24

New!  Rebalance with Julie, a Special Series 

5:15-6p.m.  In-studio only  Sept. 16, 23, 30

             This 3 week series is meant for those who want to try yoga but really want to have an in-person experience.  The class size will be small and focus on basics of simple yoga and somatic movement, with attention to inner awareness and relaxation.  The goal is to rebalance body and mind with gentle techniques to release tensions and calm the nervous system.  What better way to end your work day?   * Maximum 4 students, in studio                                                                                  3 weeks, $45     **Please note: min. 3 students for class to run

7:30-8:30 a.m.  Sun Rise Yoga with Julie Sept. 17-Oct. 29  *Online Only       OD

                           No rushing out the door!  This 60 minute class is perfect for those who like to get their movement practice in before work, in the comfort of their  own home, or those early risers who like to get a head start on the day.  The pace is a little faster but still includes breath, relaxation and asanas.  7 weeks, $105

2:30-4p.m.  Afternoon Yoga with Julie   Sept. 17-Oct. 29     OD

                     Mornings not your thing?  This 90 minute class is for you!  We move at a relaxing pace, allowing the body and mind to gently unfold into the postures, using interoception (inner awareness) to find variations suitable for each unique individual.  Breath work, relaxation and meditation are included,  as well as asanas (postures).  7 weeks, $119

Please note:

***A 10% discount will apply to those students taking more than one class per week with a single instructor. This excludes Nidra and the Rebalance series.

Please contact individual instructors for payment and registration. 

The only props that will be available at the studio will be blocks, as they can be cleaned at end of class.  Straps and blankets must come, bagged, from home and stay on the student’s mat.
