When we sat down to discuss our goals for the creation of Inspired Health and Wellness, one of our aims was to provide clients and the community with a variety of tools which would inspire them to both value and prioritize their mental and physical health and wellness.
In our practices, we see people every day who face challenges around mobility (on both physical and mental levels), people in need of coping strategies for stress, depression, health challenges and normal daily struggles.
We knew that we needed to create The Inspired Space, a place to host events, classes and workshops that would offer tools to help people cope with everyday life. How could we accomplish this? By creating a beautiful, peaceful and inviting space in which we offer classes in Yoga, Nidra, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation by offering Reiki shares, Bowen training, as well as seminars focussing on health. And by sharing our space with other experts/teachers/wellness groups with similar values and interests.
