1. Do you Direct Bill my insurance company?

    No. You pay for your treatment at the time of service and we will give you a receipt to submit to your insurance company.

  2. Are Reflexology and Bowen covered by my health benefits?

    You will need to check with your individual carrier; some companies cover Reflexology but it is unlikely that Bowen will be covered.

  3. What methods of payment can I use?

    Debit tap, etransfer, cheque or cash.

  4. What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

  5. Can I book an appointment online?

    Due to the personal nature of our services and in the interests of serving each individual in the best possible way, we do not offer online booking. Please contact Sue or Julie by phone, text or email to book your appointment.

  6. Can I purchase a gift certificate?

    Absolutely. Gift certificates may be purchased for specific services or dollar amounts. Please contact Julie or Sue to arrange a gift certificate purchase.

  7. Where can I park?

    We have plenty of free parking on the north side of the building and in front of the building.
